Our stay started optimistic because the hotel has a spacious setup and a decent gym, ideal for a family vacation, but our experiences were mixed. The room had serious maintenance issues with the air conditioning, which resulted in a large mess in our space, leaving us feeling unsafe. While the location near Epcot and Hollywood Studios is convenient, the lack of follow-up from management after our issues made it a bit frustrating. We also encountered some noise level issues that took away from relaxation. Overall, we liked the amenities and atmosphere but felt let down by the service responsiveness.
